Regional Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Regional Account Manager to join our UK sales team at Antech Diagnostics. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by selling our product portfolio within your assigned territory across Scotland and creating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct new business sales calls to convert accounts over to Antech point of care equipment and reference laboratories
  • Change management through a thorough onboarding process and partnering with the Antech internal account managers
  • Work with both Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce
  • Implement quarterly sales plan to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Fiscally manage territory by controlling expenses, contract and new business activity
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources to establish a solid base of new business opportunities
  • Ability to research and use analytics to provide the optimal customer experience
  • Assist in establishing the company as the leader in animal Reference Lab and POC diagnostics services and veterinary practice solutions
  • Coordinate daily support activities and customer activities at meetings as assigned
  • Identify, target and acquire new business opportunities
  • Utilize approved sales collateral to support promotional and territorial needs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and internal resources to co-promote additional Antech services and products
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of outside field sales experience
  • Previous experience selling capital equipment preferably in Animal Healthcare, Human Healthcare or Pharmaceutical Sales
  • Qualified Veterinary Nurse with a minimum 1 years experience working within a Veterinary Practice or a Degree (Animal Health, Biological Sciences or Lab Sciences)
  • Demonstrable success in previous employment indicated by leading performer with a track record of prospecting, pre-call planning and closing deals
  • Ability to close new business within a short sales cycles
  • Ability to execute sales strategies in a complex, multi-faceted environment
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
  • Ability to differentiate core layers of business to separate Antech Diagnostics from competitors
  • Conceptual/consultative sales skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
