Market Leading, Highstreet Retailer
Job Description
Develop, own, and execute your regional business plan to drive continuous improvement
Continue to develop the personal customer experience in stores, and be the role model for SM’s and Store colleagues.
Create a culture that makes this company one of the best places to work on the Highstreet. You will be responsible for all talent management/succession in your region.
Deliver consistent performance across all products/verticals. You are accountable for all new product launches and delivering consistent performance.

3 years of Multisite retail operations experience
Right to work in the UK
This is not a Monday- Friday role, so you will have the flexibility to work some weekends
Are currently based in Scotland (it is preferred that you are based on patch)
