As a Senior Nursing Leader within the Change Grow Live Halton service, you will engage with individuals utilizing our services, guiding them on their unique recovery paths.

In our environment, every day presents new challenges. Each individual is treated with personalized care, emphasizing the significance of a holistic approach. Essential skills include curiosity, active listening, clinical proficiency, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

Your role encompasses:

Exhibiting leadership qualities such as enthusiasm, creativity, and the ability to inspire and motivate the nursing team. Designing and implementing clinical, health, and wellness interventions. Offering clinical and managerial guidance to the nursing staff. Contributing to the evolution of services to ensure that all individuals accessing our services receive consistent, high-quality interventions that align with best practice standards. Showcasing exceptional clinical abilities while monitoring, auditing, and maintaining best practices across various locations. Delivering clinical care at both central and community settings.

We conduct regular national forums for nurses and healthcare assistants, along with frequent one-on-one meetings and performance reviews. Our organization actively assists nurses with revalidation, providing dedicated time for continuing professional development. We offer a broad range of educational resources, including complimentary access to the RCNi learning platform, and we cover your NMC registration fee. All team members are encouraged to take a weekly wellbeing hour and utilize personal wellness resources. Our nursing compensation is competitive with NHS Agenda for Change pay scales.
