We are seeking a highly organized and experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Part Time Nursing Administrator. As a key member of our nursing department, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Operate a system to track staff availability, ensuring all contact details are up-to-date for both employed staff and bank staff.
- Database Management: Establish and maintain a database for staff off-duty information.
- Communication: Circulate off-duty information to senior nurses and ward managers prior to weekends.
- Agency Management: Monitor and manage agency usage, including booking, checking, and authorizing invoices and timesheets.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative cover for the administration department as needed.
- Education: Minimum of 4 GCSEs (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent.
- Experience: Administration experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Skills: Computer literate (Microsoft Office preferred), good verbal and written communication, planning and prioritization, excellent organizational skills, professional telephone manner, and efficient organizational skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare business operations and knowledge of the Data Protection Act.

What We Offer- Competitive Salary: £23,693 per annum (pro rata).
