Position Summary: As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will report directly to the Operational Support Team Leader. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver comprehensive Cost Management services for projects valued between £500,000 and £20 million, ensuring the protection of the company's interests in all financial and scheduling discussions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert cost management for both large-scale and multiple smaller projects.
  • Ensure adherence to budget forecasts while optimizing project profitability through effective commercial strategies.
  • Engage in contract and supplier management to enhance project outcomes.


Candidate Profile: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Building Surveyor with a background in large-scale construction, design, and management projects. Familiarity with NEC forms of contract is highly desirable.


Qualifications: Candidates should possess at least an HNC, HND, or Degree in Quantity Surveying.


Experience:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple small projects or a single project with a value of up to £10 million.
