As a Senior Nursing Leader within the Change Grow Live Halton service, you will engage with individuals on their unique recovery journeys, guiding them toward their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Your role encompasses:

Exhibiting leadership qualities that inspire and motivate the nursing team. Designing and implementing clinical, health, and wellness initiatives. Offering both clinical and managerial guidance to nursing staff. Participating in service enhancement to ensure that all clients receive consistent, high-quality interventions that comply with best practice standards. Showcasing exceptional clinical abilities while monitoring, evaluating, and maintaining best practices across various locations. Delivering clinical services at both central and community-based settings.

We conduct regular national forums for nurses and healthcare assistants, alongside frequent one-on-one meetings and performance reviews. Our organization actively aids nurses in their revalidation process, providing dedicated time for ongoing professional development. We offer a variety of educational resources, including complimentary access to the RCNi learning platform, and we cover your NMC registration fees. All team members are encouraged to take a dedicated wellbeing hour each week and utilize personal wellness resources. Our nursing compensation is competitive with NHS Agenda for Change pay scales.
