Defour Partnership is partnering with a renowned National Social Care Charity to recruit a Regional Manager for their North West Region of Halton. The successful candidate will play a key role in the region's growth plans and develop the Charity's presence as a leading provider in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Operational and financial performance of a number of Services ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual requirements.
- Contribute to the formulation of the organisation's business planning process and implement the business plan within allocated services.
- Registered manager for their geographical patch and provide leadership to 5 Service Leaders who have responsibility for 19 Services across Halton.
- Salary of £40,000 to £45,000 per year
