About the Role

Community Integrated Care is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial sustainability of our charity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Senior Leaders to make informed, financially sustainable, and commercially effective decisions through the provision, interpretation, and reporting of accurate Management Information (MI).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their financial needs and provide expert guidance to shape department strategy and ensure plans, budgets, and forecasts are aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of our financial processes and systems to ensure we remain financially sustainable and competitive.
  • Support the Business Development team in winning new business by analyzing opportunities, risks, and charitable purpose.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze Management Information (MI) and business data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
  • Strong commercial background with experience working as a trusted finance business partner at a senior level.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, analyzing and interpreting complex data sets and financial models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Excel with expertise in pivots, lookups, and formulae.
