Public Engagement Officer (Summer Science)

Role Overview:

The Public Engagement Officer will play a key role in supporting the delivery and expansion of the Summer Science Exhibition, a flagship event within the public engagement programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with science festivals, universities, and other organisations to establish impactful partnerships for the flagship exhibitors.
  • Coordinate various projects, ensuring alignment with the Public Engagement Strategy, as defined by the Public Engagement Committee.
  • Support the public engagement team in delivering activities, including the Summer Science Exhibition, public lectures, and debates.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
