Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Engagement Manager to join our team. As a Strategic Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading client engagements, managing project teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality consulting services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, and develop tailored consulting solutions to meet their needs.
  • Oversee project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to consultants and analysts.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform strategic recommendations and deliverables.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients, ensuring clarity, relevance, and actionable insights.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client pitches.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the value we provide to our clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or MD) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on life sciences or healthcare.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading client engagements and managing project teams.
  • Deep understanding of the life sciences industry, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels of an organisation.
