Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Engagement Manager to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business performance improvements and leading day-to-day projects.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams deployed within portfolio companies to drive significant business performance improvements.
  • Coordinate data scientists, engineers, designers, and developers to ensure project alignment with financial and operational goals.
  • Serve as a critical bridge between technical experts and business leaders, ensuring project outcomes meet financial and operational objectives.
  • Manage the impact and outcomes of projects, while Senior Data Scientists and Engineers handle the technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background, preferably in STEM fields.
  • Several years of experience in consulting, with a focus on the commercial side of technical work.
  • Previous roles in Engagement/Analytics/Product Management at technology firms or analytics consulting firms.
  • Broad understanding of business and finance, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
