Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Project Managers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement consistent delivery methodologies to ensure excellence in project execution.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Identify and resolve delivery issues, incorporating a "right first time" culture of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Practice Director to develop a best-in-class delivery team across the Mid Market product portfolio.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the Professional Services or Software industry.
- Experience in delivering projects to a large and diverse customer base.
- Experience leading a team of Project Managers / PMO.
- Strong leadership and communication skills (including written and verbal English).
- Ability to work effectively with a team of cross-functional stakeholders.
