Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Teach In Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality learning and development programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of learning and development strategies to support the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff members.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training needs and develop training plans to address these needs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver training content.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff members to support their professional development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in education, training, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
