About the Role:
Klarent Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Partner to join their Learning and Development Team. As a Learning and Development Partner, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the business and its employees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
- Conduct engaging training sessions that promote learning and development
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Be commercially aware of costs connected to training initiatives and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Support in talent development and identifying future talent
- Identify key training requirements and develop strategies to address them
Requirements:
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel to hotel properties in the UK
- Previous experience in Learning and Development is desirable
