This position offers the opportunity to work on projects aligned with our company's strategic goals, such as Diversity & Inclusion, Digital Innovation, and Leadership Development. As part of our collaborative team, you will contribute to creating engaging learning experiences and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement comprehensive learning programs tailored to meet the evolving needs of our workforce.
- Provide individual and team coaching to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
- Utilize data analytics to inform diversity and inclusivity initiatives and measure the impact of learning programs.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicate L&D initiatives and outcomes.
- Maintain the highest quality standards in all aspects of learning and development activities.
- A degree qualification is preferred.
- CIPD certification is advantageous.
- Coaching certification is desirable.
