Hymans Robertson is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to contribute to our commitment to employee growth and development. You will play a vital role in designing and delivering impactful soft skills and leadership programs, both in-person and virtually.

This position offers the opportunity to work on projects aligned with our company's strategic goals, such as Diversity & Inclusion, Digital Innovation, and Leadership Development. As part of our collaborative team, you will contribute to creating engaging learning experiences and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive learning programs tailored to meet the evolving needs of our workforce.
  • Provide individual and team coaching to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform diversity and inclusivity initiatives and measure the impact of learning programs.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicate L&D initiatives and outcomes.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards in all aspects of learning and development activities.
Qualifications:
  • A degree qualification is preferred.
  • CIPD certification is advantageous.
  • Coaching certification is desirable.
