As a Learning and Development Partner, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the business and its employees
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Conduct engaging training sessions that promote learning and development
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Be commercially aware of costs connected to training initiatives and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Support in talent development and identifying future talent

Requirements:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel to hotel properties in the UK
  • Previous experience in Learning and Development is desirable
