About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team as an Assistant Educator. As an Assistant Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education and care programs, and will be responsible for:

  • Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Developing and implementing engaging and challenging learning programs that meet the needs of individual children
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practice in early childhood education

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services
  • Experience working in an early childhood education setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
