An exciting opportunity has emerged for a skilled *Marketing Executive* to become a vital part of the IFG team.

The Marketing Executive will take charge of designing, developing, and implementing visually captivating marketing materials for both print and digital platforms.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will play a crucial role within a dynamic creative team, dedicated to delivering value and impact throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Stewardship: Cultivate, uphold, and protect the IFG brand along with our suite of consumer-facing brands, which includes the formulation and management of brand guidelines.
  • Content Creation:
    • Develop visual assets to engage our audience across various channels, such as:
    • Brand platforms – website and social media, corporate reports, brochures, and flyers
    • Client engagement – report templates, promotional materials, presentations, etc.
    • Consumer marketing – advertising posters, flyers, menu designs, digital marketing, loyalty programs, environmental branding (restaurant signage, packaging, etc.)
    • Conference marketing – brochures, promotional materials, banners, business cards
    • Sales support tools – mood boards, presentation kits, banners
    • Employee resources – intranet materials, business presentation templates

  • Campaign Strategy:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, operations, and culinary development to transform insights and concepts into fully realized campaigns. This encompasses identity development and application (logos, packaging, signage, menus, posters, etc.)

  • Project and Content Oversight: Manage and disseminate materials within the organization through the creation and upkeep of a content library. This includes preparing and presenting guidelines and toolkits for operational teams to facilitate the creation of professional client-specific materials. Brief colleagues and agencies when project support is needed and oversee relationships tied to creative and design processes.
Candidate Profile:

  • A creative individual with a proven track record in marketing and design. Must possess technical skills, be proactive, and enjoy collaborative work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a creative marketing role, particularly in B2C marketing.
  • Demonstrable expertise in brand development and management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word (knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Teams is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of branding, layout, and typography with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Technical knowledge of print and production processes.
  • Ability to articulate ideas confidently in verbal, visual, and written formats.
  • Genuine interest in food marketing and current trends.
  • Experience in managing creative projects.
  • A collaborative team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree (or equivalent) in marketing, design, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Strong copywriting abilities.
  • Background in the food industry.
  • Additional creative skills such as video editing and photography.
