Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing visually captivating marketing materials for both print and digital platforms. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will collaborate with a creative team focused on maximizing value and impact throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Stewardship: Uphold and enhance the Innovate Services brand and its associated consumer brands, including the development and management of brand guidelines.
  • Content Creation: Generate engaging visual content for various stakeholders across multiple channels, including:
    • Brand platforms – website and social media, corporate reports, brochures, and flyers
    • Client engagement – report templates, promotional materials, presentations, etc.
    • Consumer outreach – marketing posters, flyers, menu designs, digital marketing, loyalty programs, and environmental branding
    • Event marketing – brochures, flyers, banners, and business cards
    • Sales support tools – mood boards, presentation kits, and banners
    • Internal communications – intranet assets and business presentation templates
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and culinary teams to transform insights and concepts into fully realized campaigns, including the development of brand identities and applications (logos, packaging, signage, menus, etc.).
  • Project Management: Oversee the organization and distribution of marketing materials through a content library, preparing guidelines and toolkits for operational teams to create tailored client materials. Manage relationships with colleagues and agencies for creative support.

Qualifications:

  • Creative thinker with a solid background in marketing and design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative marketing role, particularly in B2C marketing.
  • Proven track record in brand development and management.
  • Skilled in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word (Excel, Outlook, Teams are advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of branding, layout, and typography with a keen eye for detail.
  • Technical knowledge of print and production processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passionate about food marketing and current trends.
  • Experience in managing creative projects effectively.
  • A collaborative team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing, design, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, SharePoint).
  • Strong copywriting abilities.
  • Background in the food industry.
  • Additional creative skills such as video editing and photography.
