Role Overview: An exciting opportunity has emerged for a skilled Marketing Executive to become a vital part of the Innovate Services team. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating, developing, and implementing visually appealing marketing materials for both print and digital platforms. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will collaborate with a dynamic creative team focused on delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Stewardship: Cultivate, uphold, and protect the Innovate Services brand along with our suite of consumer-facing brands, including the formulation and maintenance of brand guidelines.
  • Content Development: Generate visual assets to engage our audiences across various channels, including:
    • Corporate channels – website and social media, company reports, brochures, and promotional materials
    • Client interaction – presentation templates, flyers, and other engagement tools
    • Consumer outreach – promotional posters, flyers, digital marketing materials, and signage
    • Event marketing – brochures, banners, and business cards
    • Sales tools – mood boards and presentation materials
    • Internal communications – intranet resources and presentation templates
  • Campaign Creation: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development teams to transform insights and concepts into fully realized marketing campaigns, including the development of branding elements such as logos and packaging.
  • Project Management: Oversee the organization and distribution of marketing materials through effective content management. This includes preparing guidelines and toolkits for operational teams to facilitate the creation of tailored client materials, as well as coordinating with colleagues and agencies for project support.

Qualifications:

  • Creative mindset with proven expertise in marketing and design, coupled with strong technical skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a creative marketing role, particularly in B2C marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in brand development and management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word (knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Teams is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, layout, and typography with a keen eye for detail.
  • Technical knowledge of print and production processes.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively in verbal, visual, and written formats.
  • Genuine interest in food marketing and current industry trends.
  • Experience in managing creative projects.
  • A team-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, design, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, SharePoint).
  • Strong writing and copyediting skills.
  • Background in the food industry is advantageous.
  • Additional creative skills such as video editing and photography are a plus.
