Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing visually captivating marketing materials for both print and digital platforms. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will collaborate with a creative team dedicated to delivering impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Stewardship: Uphold and evolve the Innovate Services brand alongside our suite of consumer-facing brands, including the formulation and maintenance of brand guidelines.
  • Content Creation: Generate engaging visual content tailored for various audiences across multiple channels, including:
    • Corporate channels – website, social media, annual reports, brochures, and flyers
    • Client engagement – proposal templates, promotional materials, presentations, etc.
    • Consumer outreach – advertising posters, flyers, menu designs, digital marketing assets, loyalty programs, and environmental branding
    • Event marketing – brochures, banners, business cards
    • Sales tools – mood boards, presentation kits, display banners
    • Internal communications – intranet materials, business presentation templates
  • Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform insights and concepts into fully-fledged marketing campaigns, encompassing identity development and application across various formats.
  • Project Management: Oversee the creation and organization of marketing materials through effective content management, ensuring easy access for operational teams to produce tailored client-specific resources. Facilitate communication with colleagues and external agencies as needed to support creative processes.

Qualifications:

  • Creative mindset with proven expertise in marketing and design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a creative marketing role, particularly in B2C marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in brand development and management.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word (Excel, Outlook, Teams are a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of branding principles, layout, and typography with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Technical understanding of print and production processes.
  • Ability to articulate ideas effectively in verbal, visual, and written formats.
  • Passion for food marketing and awareness of current trends.
  • Experience in managing creative projects.
  • A collaborative approach and strong team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing, design, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, SharePoint).
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Background in the food industry.
  • Additional creative skills such as video editing and photography.
