Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to contribute to our dynamic team. This role involves the creation, development, and execution of visually compelling marketing materials for both print and digital platforms. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will play a vital role in a creative team focused on maximizing organizational impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Stewardship: Safeguard and enhance the Innovate Services brand along with our suite of consumer-facing brands, including the formulation and maintenance of brand guidelines.
  • Content Development: Generate engaging visual content to connect with stakeholders across various channels, including:
    • Brand platforms – website and social media, corporate reports, brochures, and promotional materials
    • Client interaction – report templates, flyers, presentations, etc.
    • Consumer outreach – promotional posters, flyers, menu designs, digital marketing, loyalty programs, and environmental branding
    • Event marketing – brochures, flyers, banners, and business cards
    • Sales support materials – mood boards, presentation kits, and banners
    • Internal resources – intranet materials and business presentation templates
  • Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, operations, and product development to turn insights and concepts into fully realized campaigns, including identity development and application (logos, packaging, signage, menus, etc.).
  • Project Management: Oversee the creation and organization of materials through a content library, ensuring easy access for the business. This includes preparing and presenting guidelines and toolkits for operational teams to facilitate the creation of tailored client materials.

Candidate Profile:

  • A creative individual with a solid background in marketing and design, demonstrating technical proficiency and a collaborative spirit.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a creative marketing position, with a focus on B2C marketing.
  • Proven track record in brand development and management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word (Excel, Outlook, Teams are advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, layout, and typography with keen attention to detail.
  • Technical knowledge of print and production processes.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly in verbal, visual, and written formats.
  • Passion for food marketing and awareness of current trends.
  • Experience in managing creative projects effectively.
  • A team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree-level education (or equivalent) in marketing, design, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, SharePoint).
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Background in the food industry.
  • Additional creative skills such as video editing and photography.
