We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director of Infrastructure Development to join our Structural Engineering Alliance Group team. As a key member of our civils team, you will be responsible for delivering infrastructure projects for a diverse range of clients and sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure our projects meet the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure design and construction, with a focus on highways and transportation projects.
