£54,000 OTE

Are you ready to make a difference? We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team.

As a Roadside Assistance Specialist, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers in various weather conditions. Your role goes beyond just being a skilled technician; you will be a friendly and approachable person, ready to support and reassure those in need.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations: You will be compensated from the moment you start your shift until you return home.
  • Work-Life Integration: Select standby hours that align with your personal life.
  • Provided Resources: Bring your expertise, and we will supply the necessary tools, vehicle, uniform, and equipment.

Qualifications Required:

  • NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
  • A valid category B driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, traveling to various locations in all weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively explain technical issues to customers, ensuring they feel informed and at ease.
