Our boutique Wealth Management firm is seeking a skilled Financial Planning Administrator to provide high-quality support to our advisers and paraplanners. This role is 100% office-based during the probation period, followed by a hybrid schedule of 2 days per week for full-time employees.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and process pre-sale and post-sale administration to ensure cases are progressed efficiently.
- Prepare for client meetings, gathering information and creating reports as required.
- Conduct basic research using financial tools and software.
- Assist with new business and review case administration, including submission of applications to providers.
- Maintain client files and ensure compliance with meeting standards.
- Support specialist paraplanners with investment strategy administration as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 12-24 months' experience in a Financial Planning environment.
- GCSE English and Math's (C or above).
- Understanding of the financial planning process.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
