About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at a boutique Wealth Management firm. As a key member of our financial planning team, you will provide administrative support to our advisers, paraplanners, and the practice to ensure our clients receive high-quality financial advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare for client meetings, manage and process all aspects of pre-sale and post-sale administration to ensure cases are chased through the pipeline as quickly as possible.
- Presale administration, including adding clients' information to our intelligent office database, creating and updating Wealth Report LOAs and Policy information checklists.
- Basic report writing, including Fund Switches, Reviews, New money, etc.
- New Business and Review Case administration, submission of applications to providers, online and complete manual application forms, ensuring cases are in force as soon as possible.
- Assist specialist paraplanner with investment strategy administration where required.
- Assist with general administration duties when colleagues are absent.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months - 2 years' experience in a Financial Planning Advisers environment.
- GCSE English & Math's (C or above).
- Understanding of the financial planning process.
- Analytical and ability to interpret data.
