Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at Specialist Recruit. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our financial planning team, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality financial advice to our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare and manage client information, including adding clients to our database and creating and updating wealth reports.
  • Conduct research using financial tools and software, such as FE, Defaqto, and Cashcalc.
  • Prepare and gather information for client meetings, including LOAs and policy information checklists.
  • Assist with the submission of applications to providers and ensure cases are in force as soon as possible.
  • Prepare and maintain client files, adhering to compliance standards.
  • Assist with general administrative duties and provide support to colleagues when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 months to 2 years' experience in a financial planning environment.
  • GCSE English and Math's (C or above).
  • Understanding of the financial planning process.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Analytical and ability to interpret data.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
