As a Roadside Assistance Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in need, regardless of the weather conditions. Your role extends beyond just mechanical expertise; you will be a friendly face providing comfort and support to those you assist.

• Daily Operations: You will be compensated from the moment you enter your vehicle until you return home.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent experience.
• A valid category B driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, traveling to various locations in diverse weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively explain technical issues to customers, ensuring they feel informed and at ease.
