Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Financial Advisers by providing comprehensive administrative support to clients, including compiling and generating financial reports, using analytical tools, and handling day-to-day client inquiries.
  • Assist with client meetings, including scheduling, preparation of financial documents, and follow-up actions post-meeting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Liaise with providers and other third parties to obtain financial information on behalf of clients.
  • Work collaboratively with Financial Advisers and the Client Operations Manager to ensure effective operational organization of the team.
  • Manage workflows and tasks independently, working on initiative and achieving agreed outcomes without supervision.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by actively engaging with colleagues and coordinating efforts to enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working within Financial Services, with a strong understanding of pensions and other financial products.
  • Excellent administration skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and able to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
