Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Assistant at Mytime Active. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment, and maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a clean and appealing manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Health and Safety
    • Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
    • Report any hazards or incidents to management immediately.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility
    • Be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and priorities.
    • Be willing to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience
    • Previous experience in a food and beverage service role is essential.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
