About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As an Operational Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the deployment of resources, setting priorities and objectives, and ensuring that performance targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Assist in the delivery of performance against targets, monitor key performance areas, and analyze performance trends.
  • Operations: Manage the deployment of listing resources, maintain the court diary system, and control the allocation of work to courtrooms.
  • Quality Standards: Set quality standards, regularly test them, and ensure that they are met.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and implement solutions to local problems, and refer more complex problems to a Cluster Delivery Manager.
  • Communication: Liaise with the police, the CPS, other criminal justice agencies, and solicitors to maintain a smooth flow of work through the courts.
Specialisms
  • Have a working knowledge of functions undertaken within the Cluster, to support the development and review of policies and procedures.
Working Arrangements

We offer a flexible working system, with standard full-time working hours of 37 hours per week. We welcome part-time, flexible, and job-sharing working patterns, where they meet the demands of the role and business needs.
