About the Role:
Southdown is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our IT service desk team as an IT Service Desk Assistant. This is an office-based role that requires a constant presence for the IT department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, assign, and ensure equipment for new starters is ready for collection.
- Deal with returned assets and maintain accurate records.
- Create reports from various systems upon request.
- Develop and maintain documentation, such as user guides, and update the IT intranet pages as needed.
- Collaborate with the in-house IT and Digital Teams to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
- Solid skill set in IT with a desire to develop further.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
