About the Role:

Southdown is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our IT service desk team as an IT Service Desk Assistant. This is an office-based role that requires a constant presence for the IT department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, assign, and ensure equipment for new starters is ready for collection.
  • Deal with returned assets and maintain accurate records.
  • Create reports from various systems upon request.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, such as user guides, and update the IT intranet pages as needed.
  • Collaborate with the in-house IT and Digital Teams to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
