Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Development Manager to join our team, responsible for working across the entire development lifecycle, from assessing and appraising new assets to developing and delivering best-in-class schemes with a focus on sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Development Manager, you will:
- Work closely with our team to identify and evaluate new development opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to deliver high-quality, sustainable office spaces
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform development decisions
- Manage and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of working in the office sector, with a deep understanding of the development lifecycle
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of sustainability principles and practices
What We Offer
