Job Title: Business Development Manager

Join our team at Hays Senior Finance as a Business Development Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our core delivery team and manage a caseload of circa 100-120 cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insolvency and corporate recovery, with excellent client communication skills and the ability to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the core delivery team and manage a caseload of circa 100-120 cases
  • Hold pre-appointment discussions/meetings with partners, shareholders, and agents, providing relevant advice and guidance as required
  • Oversee the preparation of statutory reports, conducting investigations, reviewing/analysing financial statements, and quality control
  • Keep partners in the loop with suggestions, updates, and solutions
  • Shape the strategy for the team and function
Requirements
  • Existing Insolvency Manager or possibly Senior Manager with UK experience
  • Strong client communication skills
