### Job Title: Lounge Supervisor

### Job Description

At DO & CO Airline Catering, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lounge Supervisor to join our team at Heathrow Airport. As a key member of our Front of House operation, you will be responsible for ensuring that our luxury lounge experience meets the highest standards of quality and service.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage the rostering of all catering staff, including kitchen staff, to ensure seamless service delivery
* Oversee time sheets and payroll management to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Order food, drinks, and sundries through our Do & Co ordering system, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
* Liaise with the Lounge Manager and Supervisors to ensure effective communication and collaboration
* Coordinate with laundry regarding lounge linen, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
* Order cleaning supplies to maintain a clean and safe environment
* Conduct performance management and training of all staff to ensure high standards of service
* Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
* Complete daily audits and maintain stock control to ensure accuracy and compliance

### Qualifications

* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in the hospitality industry
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead by example and demonstrate great teamwork
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Right to work in the UK
