We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Lounge Operations Manager to join our team at DO & CO Airline Catering. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our luxury lounge at Heathrow Airport.
Key Responsibilities- Front of House Operations: Manage the front of house operation of the lounge, ensuring that all standards are met and that customers receive exceptional service.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of catering staff, including kitchen staff, to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of food, drinks, and sundries, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that orders are placed in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Performance Management: Monitor and manage the performance of staff, providing feedback and coaching to ensure that high standards are maintained.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as a supervisor in a hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury lounge or airline catering environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Qualifications: Right to work in the UK.
- Competitive Salary: £14.00 per hour.
