Job Summary

The Lounge Supervisor at Heathrow Airport will be responsible for overseeing the Front of House operation while the lounge is open. This includes liaising with the kitchen to ensure all required standards are met at all times. The successful candidate will also support all management areas of the operations when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the rostering for all catering staff, including kitchen staff
  • Manage time sheets and payroll
  • Order food, drinks, and sundries through the Do & Co ordering system
  • Liaise with the Lounge Manager and Supervisors
  • Liaise with laundry regarding lounge linen
  • Order cleaning supplies
  • Perform daily audits and maintain stock control
  • Ensure food temperature is adhered to as per H &S regulations
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Supervisor in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate great teamwork
  • Lead by example in attitude, work ethic, and appearance
  • Flexibility in regards to work availability is essential, as the lounge operates 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Right to work in the UK
