About this role:

We're seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Cathay Pacific Terminal 3 Heathrow airport. As a Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences to our guests.

As a member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. You'll work closely with our chefs to prepare and serve delicious meals, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all food is stored, handled, and packed at the correct temperature and in accordance with Food Handling and Hygiene Regulations.
  • Maintaining records of temperatures and remedial action taken where necessary, reporting all issues to your line manager.
  • Serving on the food counters in the client's premises following all customer service standards.
  • Ensuring work areas are kept clean and all waste is recorded and disposed of correctly.
  • Ensuring the quality and presentation of food meets the highest standards and follows all specification sheets agreed by the Client.
