Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Front of House operation, ensuring seamless service delivery to our discerning passengers.
  • Liaise with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Support management in all operational areas, including rostering, payroll, and inventory management.
  • Participate in the FB service delivery team, attending to passengers\u0027 needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct daily audits and maintain accurate stock control to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with H &S regulations, particularly in regards to food temperature and handling.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years\u0027 experience as a Supervisor in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong team leadership and work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Right to work in the UK.
