Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Payroll Associate Director to lead our EMEA payroll operations. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the payroll function across 30+ countries, ensuring accurate and timely calculations, and managing a team of 15+ payroll professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals across multiple countries
  • Oversight of payroll migrations and vendor selection/consolidation
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations
  • Relationship management with vendors, internal and external auditors, HRBP's, Global Finance, and more
  • Delivery of payroll processes, projects, and cycles
  • Partnering with stakeholders to implement change (Rewards, Compensation, Salary Adjustments, etc.)
  • Leadership and development of the payroll team, aligning with wider business plans

Requirements

  • Leadership experience managing a large payroll function (ideally 8 employees and more)
  • Global and EMEA payroll coverage for multiple countries (including central and western Europe)
  • Project experience in payroll migration, system implementation, parallel running, and vendor selection
  • Partnering with key stakeholders in finance and HR functions, as well as internal and external audit oversight
  • Strong ability to manage a diverse, large workforce, workload prioritization, and delegation for multiple countries, change management, motivate, and train the team in a global environment
