Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Payroll Associate Director to lead our EMEA payroll operations. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the payroll function across 30+ countries, ensuring accurate and timely calculations, and managing a team of 15+ payroll professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of payroll operations.
  • Oversee payroll migrations and vendor selection/consolidation, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and implement processes and projects to improve payroll efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, internal and external auditors, HRBP's, and Global Finance.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive business growth and implement change initiatives, such as rewards, compensation, and salary adjustments.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in payroll management, with a track record of successfully leading large teams and driving business growth.
  • Extensive knowledge of global and EMEA payroll regulations, including tax laws and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with payroll system implementation, parallel running, and vendor selection.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage a diverse workforce, prioritize workload, and delegate tasks effectively.
