No prior experience in care is necessary to apply, as we are committed to investing in your professional development and will provide comprehensive training through our esteemed learning & development team before you commence your role.

Role Overview :

As a Support Practitioner, your duties may encompass:

Community Engagement - Supporting individuals in participating in community activities by organizing and accompanying them to various recreational outings such as social clubs, cinemas, swimming pools, etc. Personal Assistance - Aiding individuals in maintaining their health and hygiene by promoting personal care, which includes support with bathing, dressing, scheduling appointments with healthcare professionals, and incontinence management. Daily Living Support - Assisting individuals in sustaining their living arrangements by encouraging daily household activities such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.

All candidates who are successful in their application for the Support Practitioner role will receive a conditional offer, which is subject to satisfactory references and PVG checks; having a criminal record will not automatically disqualify you from employment in this field.
