Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at First Central Services. As a Data Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our data. You will be responsible for leading a team of Quality Assurance Coordinators and working closely with other departments to ensure that our data meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Quality Assurance Coordinators and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their objectives.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that data is accurate and complete.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure data quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet quality standards.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees to ensure they are meeting quality standards.
  • Develop and implement metrics and reporting to measure data quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the QA Manager to develop and implement quality assurance strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a quality assurance environment, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and company principles.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate employees in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Organized, agile, and proactive approach.
  • Flexible approach to work and a positive attitude.

What We Offer:

  • Generous starting salary of £33,000, depending on experience.
  • Monday to Friday, no weekends.
  • Hybrid working: 4 days from home and 1 day in the office after training.
  • £100 off your car insurance.
  • 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays and an extra 'You' day off for important occasions or just a day for you.
