We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our administrative team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:- Front of House Experience: You will be the face of our office, greeting clients and colleagues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Administrative Support: You will assist the Operations team with administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, sending messages, and managing office supplies.
- Meeting Room Management: You will ensure that meeting rooms are tidy and refreshments are provided before client arrival.
- Compliance and Marketing: You will manage compliance and marketing documents, updating them as needed.
- Time Management: You will prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Front of House Experience: You will have previous experience working in a front of house role, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Technical Skills: You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
