Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as a Client Services Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in financial services or progress their administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and passing on messages to the Admin and Advisers
- Open and distribute post
- Booking annual reviews with clients
- Preparing client packs for annual reviews and ad-hoc meetings
- Building relationships with clients and assisting with queries
- Processing and managing letters of authorities and chasing providers for information
- Setting up internal meetings when requested by management
- Assisting with seminars preparation when required
- Reporting to the Administration Manager
Requirements
- Experience working in an administrative or team capacity
- Excellent verbal communication skills - telephone and written word
- Very good understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Adaptable to changing procedures
- Time management
- Organisation and prioritisation
- Attention to detail
