Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client and Service Delivery Assistant. This role will provide administrative support to our expanding team and offer the opportunity to develop skills in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages, ensuring all documents are accurately processed and filed.
  3. Coordinate annual reviews with clients, preparing necessary materials and ensuring a smooth experience.
  4. Assist with the preparation of client packs and meeting materials, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  5. Build strong relationships with clients, providing support and guidance as needed.
  6. Process and manage letters of authority, communicating effectively with providers to ensure timely responses.
  7. Coordinate internal meetings and seminars, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
  8. Report to the Administration Manager, providing regular updates and insights into team performance.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in an administrative or team-based role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a strong understanding of data management and organization.
