Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client and Service Delivery Assistant. This role will provide an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in financial services or gain experience in administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving client queries.
  2. Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  3. Coordinate annual reviews with clients, prepare client packs, and arrange meetings as required.
  4. Build strong relationships with clients, respond to their queries, and provide support as needed.
  5. Process and manage letters of authority, chase providers for information, and maintain accurate records.
  6. Arrange internal meetings, assist with seminar preparation, and provide administrative support to the team.
  7. Report to the Administration Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of the team.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in an administrative or team environment.
  2. Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and written word.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
