Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement building safety and compliance best practice policies and procedures
* Lead on the implementation of new framework contracts
* Manage risks and compliance using data and systems
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

* Qualified or working toward the CIOB qualification in Building Safety, Level 6
* Hold a NEBOSH Diploma
* Demonstrable experience of operating at a senior level
* Strong leadership and management skills
