About the Role

The Account Director will be responsible for delivering high-quality consultancy services to assigned key clients, working closely with Technical Account Managers to ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires a qualified health and safety professional with a strong understanding of regulatory landscapes and a proven track record of managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of consultancy services, ensuring high-quality reports and timely completion of tasks.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and track quality objectives, ensuring compliance with SLAs, client protocols, and industry standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to clients, staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of Technical Account Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue and expand client relationships.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce regular reports and analysis on client feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: NEBOSH H&S Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in health and safety consultancy.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Experience: Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality consultancy services.
