Forward Role Careers is collaborating with a prominent and rapidly expanding luxury home decor company to find a Customer Relationship Management Lead. This role is pivotal in shaping the CRM and communication strategy.
The organization comprises four leading brands, all experiencing significant growth.
This newly established position aims to transform their existing lead nurturing process through the utilization of Email and SMS CRM channels, alongside a dedicated telesales team.
You will report directly to the Group Head of Marketing and work closely with a dynamic marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, articulate, and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to qualify and nurture leads, enhancing conversion rates for leads directed to designers.
- Collaborate with brand managers on brainstorming, content creation, asset requirements, and the successful execution of campaigns.
- Motivate and guide the outbound lead qualification teams to meet individual and collective objectives.
- Identify training needs, provide coaching, and conduct one-on-one sessions.
- Engage with other departments within the organization to enhance processes and client communications.
- Conduct analysis and reporting of all CRM initiatives.
- Generate performance reports for the senior leadership team.
